Prophecies & Pottery: Journey with Jeremiah

This Sunday morning worship series runs
from July 28 through September 22, 2019

Now the word of the Lord came to me saying, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”
— Jeremiah 1:4-5
Heartache, displacement, violence, helplessness, and homesickness are part of the ongoing human story. Our faith invites us to deal openly and honestly with these things, helping us to remember the presence of God and the hope of a better future. We will journey with the prophet Jeremiah during a time of exile in this worship series and encounter the familiar imagery of God as the Potter who can reshape and remake us, making us vessels of living water ready for a brighter tomorrow.
